DigitalOcean Marketplace Image Updated To WPCloudDeploy v5.5

Last week we updated our AWS images to WPCloudDeploy v5.5. Today, we’ve updated the DigitalOcean image to v5.5 as well.

You can use the button below to view the latest listing.

With this new image you can try out the latest self-hosted version of WPCloudDeploy for free. It is just one tool in our suite of options that we provide to help you try out WPCD for free. The suite also includes a free account on WPCD.Cloud, the AWS image and the Github zip file.

Instead of spending the time to install it on your own servers, tweaking timeouts and so on, this option will get you up and running in just a few minutes.

How It Works.

It’s simple.

  • Click the button above to get to the listing page at DigitalOcean product page.
  • Once there, you can select your instance region, size, SSH keys and other droplet parameters.
  • Then, click the CREATE DROPLET button at the bottom of the page.
  • After the instance is ready, login via SSH and follow the instructions on the screen. This will allow you to set up a domain for the WPCD site.

If all goes well WPCD will be up and running in just a few minutes – ready for you to configure it.

Click the button below to get quick-start instructions – it will provide guidelines for creating SSH keys, linking to your server provider account and setting up your first server and site.

PS: At some point the prior image (v5.3) started to throw NGINX errors because of an update in the DigitalOcean stack after the image was approved. If you experienced that we apologize – it takes DO (and other vendors) a while to approve any updated images.
